| Cajun Curly Fries |
When a new seedling starts to bloom you become like a kid
at Christmas in anticipation of what the flower is going to
look like. When it first started to bloom, it didn't look like
much, but as the morning went on and it opened up all the
way, it had all these fun curls! Fun curls mean fun names.
My brother helped me with the name; he came up with the
"curly fries" part, and I added the descriptive "cajun"
because of its red hot spicy color.
